My girl Joyce Meyer was stepping all on my toes this morning. She was talking about how people need to follow through on what they know they are supposed to do. She said that the saints are "educated beyond our obedience."
I most certainly agree.
All you have to do is look at some of my old posts, and you'll see how deep this woman of God was wading in my business.
I meditated on that this morning, and I was reminded of something. We will all have to give an account before the Lord when we make it to heaven. (Romans 14:12) I definitely don't want to be standing there without being able to say I accomplished or, hey, even tried to accomplish my destiny. I don't want to stand before God with my purpose unfulfilled.
There are no excuses when you're standing before the Creator of the Universe.
So, I'm praying. I'm fighting against these enemies called Procrastination, Fear, and Doubt. I can't do it anymore. I'm getting too old. And I'm starting to sound like a broken record.
God created me for a reason. I can't go back before Him without my reason being fulfilled.
Are you living out your purpose? Are you attempting to accomplish your destiny? We're all in the same boat. Don't let this short life go by without you pressing toward your finish line.
Verse of the Day: And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. Matthew 25:20, 21
